Reduce the Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) to zero by project completion through robust risk assessments, comprehensive safety training, strict adherence to safe work procedures, regular safety inspections, and prompt investigation of all incidents.
Achieve zero non-compliances with environmental regulations and NAMA Water Company's environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle through implementation of comprehensive environmental management plan, including waste management procedures, spill prevention and response measures, and regular environmental monitoring.
Complete risk assessments for all major construction activities before the start of each phase. Maintain an updated risk register throughout the project lifecycle, with all identified risks mitigated to an acceptable level.
Comply with all applicable Omani HSE regulations and NAMA Water Company's HSE requirements through regular internal audits, external audits, adherence to all permits and approvals, and prompt response to non-compliances.
Conduct a post-project HSE review after project completion to identify areas for improvement in HSE management system and implement the identified improvements through regular monitoring of HSE performance indicators.
